These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://www.kwiksmithfield.com and to the plumbing and heating work performed by Kwik Plumbing & Heating. By visiting this site or engaging us for service, you agree to these Terms.
Scheduling is first-come, first-served and is subject to crew availability. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may differ if hidden conditions are discovered once work begins; any change will be communicated before additional work is performed.
We operate under RI Master Plumber License #MP-6247. All work is performed in accordance with Rhode Island plumbing and mechanical code and local ordinances.
Payment is due upon completion unless financing or invoice terms are agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfer.
Labor is warranted for one year. Equipment warranties follow the manufacturer's terms. If something we installed fails under normal use within the warranty period, contact us and we'll come back to correct it.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from pre-existing plumbing or heating conditions outside the scope of work.
